How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Professionalabove Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Professionalabove Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If something is wrong with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Professionalabove Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@professionalabove.living and include:

  • Your name and a good way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
